Returns Policy

If you have a Warranty claim please contact us.
Warranty period on all items is a minimum 12 months, unless otherwise stated on the product details.

We will accept any of our products for return if there is a fault with the product. If it is a product that we have sold for another manufacturer, the return will be passed onto them to be determined if a warranty or refund will be accepted.

We will not be held liable for another manufacturer’s return policy.

We will accept returns up to 7 Working days from delivery date and that are still in resalable condition, with a 20% restocking fee will apply for products that are not faulty.

The original copy of the invoice must be provided.

If you attempt to return a Product that is not returned with all components complete, undamaged, in resalable condition and with proof of purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. We may refuse to accept the return, and make it available for pickup, or require that you pay for delivery costs before we ship the Product back to you. 
 

If a return has been approved and the customer would like the money returned, We will only return the money to the EFT/PayPal account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to.
